Returns & Exchanges


Final sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.  It is Final Sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST have its original tags attached, be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

All returns must be requested within 7 days from the shipment received date.  After 7 days past, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

All returns must have Return Authorization Number.  After approving the return, return authorization number will be issued.  Upon approval of your RA #, we must receive the item(s) in unworn/original condition within 7 days, in order for us to exchange your item(s) or issue your refund.  If we do not receive your return within 7 days, your RA # will automatically cancel.

All returns must be shipped to: 
29740 Southfield Rd.  Southfield, MI 48076 with RA#.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment used on the initial order. The refunds will not include any shipping and handling costs.  For credit card refunds, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

You will be responsible for shipping cost on any returns.

If you have received a wrong or defective item, please contact us ASAP at info@urprestigious.com. You must attach a photo of the defective or wrong item in your email along with your order number. Once we've received your email, you will receive instructions on how to mail back your defective or wrong item free of charge. Defective orders will be fully refunded including any shipping charges that were applied. Defective orders may be returned for a full refund or replaced for the same style at free of charge after the return received properly. Replacements are subject to availability.
